Subject:- Anomaly in the constitution of RJCM.

Respected Sir

With reference to your letter no F.16083-4/2013 KVS (CR)/RJCM/1296 dated 29.04.2014 regarding constitution of Regional Joint Consultative Machinery (RJCM) of KVS, RO, Chandigarh, may I have the honour to draw your kind attention towards the anomaly in the constitution and allotment of representatives from Kendriya Vidyalaya Pragatisheel Shikshak Sangh(KVPSS). I have already telephonically informed your P.A./office regarding the same.
As per the norms and conditions mentioned regarding the constitution of RJCM, the Association having majority of members in a particular region should be given more representatives. Since KVPSS is having more members in Chandigarh Region as compared to AIKVTA, KVPSS should be allotted two representatives.
I, therefore, humbly request you to rectify this anomaly and appoint two representatives from KVPSS and one from AIKVTA.I shall be highly grateful to you.

Thanking you

Yours sincerely
P. V. Chhikara
